STUDY OVERVIEW

The Interview

The interview will last approximately 60 minutes and will be conducted via web video conferencing using Zoom. Your responses will be kept confidential. Each interview will be assigned a number code to help ensure that personal identifiers are kept confidential. There is no compensation for participating in this study. However, your participation would be valuable to the research, and findings could lead to a greater understanding of executive-level leadership diversity, its benefits, challenges, barriers, and the less-known factors that BIPOC leaders face within a healthcare organization.
