Participate

The following study inclusion items must be met to participate:

  • Currently hold an executive/C-Suite level position within a healthcare-related organization for a minimum of 1 year

  • Position based in Texas OR Live in Texas if working remotely

  • Self-identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC)

  • Willing to volunteer approximately 60 minutes to be interviewed
