My name is Erick. I am a doctoral candidate pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, this research forms an essential part of my academic journey. Having dedicated many years to studying leadership, I remain deeply intrigued by the multifaceted nature of this concept. My background as a licensed clinician, combined with extensive experience in business and leadership roles, including serving as a clinical management consultant, has further fueled my passion for leadership. These rewarding experiences have driven me to advance my studies and contribute to the growing body of knowledge in the field of Organizational Leadership.
